The man responsible for a brutal assault in Prince Albert last summer which left a woman badly burned remains without legal representation.
Last April, Leslie Black pleaded guilty to attacking Marlene Bird. Bird suffered third-degree burns to her body and both her legs were amputated.
Black made a brief court appearance Tuesday morning at Prince Albert Provincial Court.
