The pair charged in the killing of a four-year-old girl while she was in their foster care three years ago in Regina were back in court Monday.
Tammy and Kevin Goforth were there for a voir dire, which often examines certain pieces of evidence to see if they would be admissible to use in a trial. Details of the proceeding are under a publication ban.
